TNT MedStaffing

TNT MedStaffing was born shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic, founded by three friends and physician associates who wanted more from their careers than simply being another cog in the wheel of a large, private equity emergency medicine group.

Our founders first met while working in busy emergency departments across the Denver Metro area. Though the pace and training of urban emergency medicine were invaluable, they recognized a deeper need in rural communities—places where access to quality care often lags far behind, yet where the impact of skilled providers is felt most.

That vision brought TNT MedStaffing to Burlington, Colorado. What began as a small group of providers determined to bring high-level emergency medicine care to a rural hospital has since grown into a thriving, growing, cohesive and collaborative team.

Today, TNT MedStaffing is led by two of the original founding partners, Bri Turner, PA-C and Nathan Cameron, PA-C, alongside Chris Moore, NP, who joined as partner when the third founding member stepped away. Together, they continue to guide TNT with the same mission that started it all: to deliver high-quality, compassionate healthcare where it is needed most.

In November, TNT expanded its partnership with Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital (KCCMH), being entrusted with the inpatient service line in alignment with the hospital’s mission and values. Since then, we have grown to nearly 15 dedicated contractors - all providers who share not only a passion for medicine, but also a commitment to continually improving the quality of care this community deserves.
